Grandmed Hospital was established on March 16, 2009, as a private healthcare facility initially focused on rehabilitation services. It began operations with 32 doctors, nurses, and staff members, offering 25 inpatient beds and modern high-capacity outpatient clinical laboratory diagnostics, as well as services in internal medicine, surgery, dermatology, allergy, and gynecology.

Today, Grandmed has grown into a third-level accredited specialized hospital with 100 beds and approximately 300 medical professionals and staff. The hospital has successfully localized and pioneered various surgical specialties in Mongolia, including facial, ENT, laparoscopic, and arthroscopic surgeries.
