Grand Prince LLC was initially established in 2008 to engage in real estate sales, operations, and leasing. Since June 2015, the company has expanded into the food production industry by launching its restaurant business, successfully operating branches such as the “Asian Hot Pot” and “Ajisen Ramen” restaurants.

The “Asian Hot Pot” restaurant began operating in December 2015. It offers hot pot broths prepared by a Chinese master chef, using fresh, natural, and organic ingredients selected and customized to each guest's taste. The restaurant accommodates 180–200 guests in the main dining area and 40–50 guests in its VIP rooms. What sets this restaurant apart is its signature stir-fried dishes prepared using exclusive recipes by its professional Chinese chef.

“Ajisen Ramen” originated in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan, in 1968 and now has over 920 branches worldwide. Grand Prince LLC acquired the franchise rights and officially launched the first Ajisen Ramen restaurant in Mongolia on May 30, 2016. The restaurant features two private rooms (eight guests each) and a main dining area that seats over 100 guests. Since 2018, it has been operating until 4:00 AM, marking a pioneering step in the local restaurant industry.
