GrandMed Pharm LLC was established in 2014 and began operations in the import and wholesale distribution of medicines and medical products. The company is licensed to import and supply “medicines, medical supplies, and diagnostic tools,” as well as “medical devices, accessories, and prosthetics.” In 2018, it also obtained a license to import and distribute biologically active products.

As of 2019, GrandMed Pharm LLC operates three pharmacy branches and is fully responsible for supplying the internationally accredited GrandMed Hospital. In addition, it supplies major public and private hospitals across the country.

The company is an official distributor for pharmaceutical and medical manufacturers from South Korea and China. Since 2016, it has been collaborating with South Korea’s Ilsung Co. as the authorized distributor of Sevoflurane (anesthetic agent). It also signed a distribution agreement in 2015 with Ryung Pharmaceutical to supply four types of pain relief and muscle relaxant medications to public and private hospitals in Mongolia. Additionally, since 2015, it has been working with South Korea’s Everaid Co. to import 10 types of surgical sterile dressings. Since 2018, GrandMed Pharm has been the official representative of Norway’s “Atlantic Delights” in Mongolia.
