RECENT PROJECTS
Over the past 33 years, Jiguur Grand Group has created thousands of jobs and developed a total of 961,756 m² of construction across residential, commercial, and industrial complexes throughout Mongolia. Among these, notable highlights include Romana Residence — the first residential building with a glass façade — and a glass bridge providing direct access from a commercial center to a public park, built with the goal of enhancing safety and convenience for customers. These projects represent major investments in the city’s urban landscape and visual appeal.
Grand Plaza Complex
Commissioned in 2009, this 43,000 m² complex in a premium urban zone offers office and retail spaces. It is Mongolia’s first project recognized for “Best International Architecture and Design.”

Gegeenten Complex
Located at the confluence of the Tuul and Dund rivers near the Bogd Khan Palace, this complex includes a 12-story residence (180 units), a 16-story office (11,800 m²), a 5,870 m² retail center, and the Gegeenten Entertainment Center. Delivered in 2014 as Jiguur Grand’s first entertainment-integrated residential complex.

Romana Residence

A premium residential project by quality-focused Jiguur Grand Group, Khos Dal is a 16-story, 320-unit apartment complex located in the 3rd khoroo of Khan-Uul District, along Govy Industrial Road.
