Over the past 33 years, Jiguur Grand Group has created thousands of jobs and developed a total of 961,756 m² of construction across residential, commercial, and industrial complexes throughout Mongolia. Among these, notable highlights include Romana Residence — the first residential building with a glass façade — and a glass bridge providing direct access from a commercial center to a public park, built with the goal of enhancing safety and convenience for customers. Situated beside the National Amusement Park, Park View is a new residential project comprising eight 16-story blocks offering residents panoramic views of Bogd Khan Mountain and the park.
In 2016, Jiguur Grand launched Mongolia’s first high-end, glass-façade residential and office complex. The 18-story building features commercial space (1st–2nd floors), residential units (3rd–16th floors), and offices (17th–18th floors), with UV-protected glass and Italian interiors.

This large-scale redevelopment project is in Bayanzurkh District’s 37th khoroo, 850 meters south of the “Dog Monument,” near Chuluun Ovoo. It aims to modernize old, substandard housing areas with advanced infrastructure solutions.
